This is a contest for Best Photograph; you can use any method you like to take your photo.
There will be other contests for photoshopping, we would prefer that you don't 'shop your entry; it's not forbidden.
The top 3 winners in this contest will be automatically enrolled in the end-of-the-year "Best Photograph of 2009" , which will take place in Jan. 2010.

Prizes
1st Prize: $15.00 US, Eligible to participate in year-end "Best Photo" Contest.
2nd Prize: $5.00 US, Eligible to participate in year-end "Best Photo" Contest.
3rd Prize: Eligible to participate in year-end "Best Photo" Contest.

People can contribute additional cash or goods to act as prizes during the course of a contest, so Prizes can get better.

Pictures must be PG-13; they can push the bounds pretty hard, but it has to be something you could see in a PG-13 movie.
You may enter a total of 3 images.
In the event of a tie, the earliest submitted entry wins.
There must be 10 Registered Users competing for prizes to be awarded; if less than 10 users compete, the winners will still be Eligible to participate in the yearly "Best Photo" Contest.
You must have a PayPal account to receive a cash prize.

If we discover that you are a cheat, you will be banned from site participation.
You must read & agree to the Rights and Responsibilities (in the FAQ section of this site) in order to participate.
If you do NOT agree, do not participate.
The size of the images is a little limited; we suggest you put a link to where a high resolution copy of the image is posted in the "HiRes image link" box.
