Hey There.

I have a few minutes, so thought i would get this feature started.

While there are quite a few things i could write about, I really do only have a few minutes. I started this site, gotthefire.net, with the intent of making a site that would allow me to give out prizes, and make enough money through donations and advertising that it wouldn't cost me anything. Seems like a good idea...

And, even if the income doesn't work out, the prizes are small enough not to kill me; if the whole cash generation thing fails, I'll STILL do this, the prizes will just be a lot smaller.

Which brings us to the the state of the site; it's been up for over a month, several contests are running, there is prize money being offered, and no one is entering the contests.

I have to admit this freaks me out quite a bit.

But, as my days are 110% full with taking care of my 5 year old godson, known worldwide as "Buzzard Bait", and my nights are mainly spent in recovering from the days, I just don't have time to worry about it, or to spread the word about the contests, or persuade people to sign up so that new people who wander on to the site won't see ZERO usage, and wander off again.

Like I said, time is fleeting, I'll post again when I have a few lucid moments.
